MAJOR SPILL IN DOUGLASVILLE

On December 16, 2024, WSA experienced a major spill of 45,000 gallons in Douglasville, Georgia. This spill was caused by a backup in the line due to grease and mop heads. Corrective measures included monitoring and cleaning protocols, posted signage, and lab personnel performing required sampling.
